Dr. Eric Schnirman grew up in south Florida after leaving Brooklyn New York.

His entire childhood was surrounded by dogs and cats and of course the local wildlife. As a teenager, he volunteered at the Wildlife Bird Sanctuary where he gained great experience in handling a variety of wildlife from bobcats to opossums and of course our native birds.

After completing undergrad at Boston University, Dr. Schnirman went to Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine and his final year at Oklahoma State University School of Veterinary Medicine. After graduation, he moved back to Florida and worked at an Equine surgical hospital. In order to broaden his expertise, he started his own practice. Through this practice, he had the good fortune of performing a variety of soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries for their practice. Dr. Schnirman also performed his surgeries and medically hospitalized his patients at these hospitals. Dr. Schnirman enjoys working up complicated medical cases as well is competent in soft tissue surgery and some orthopedic procedures.

I am proud and honored to be in a position to bring greater comfort to animals and their owners through high quality medicine and surgical care. Being a veterinarian was a childhood dream for me and now it is my daily reality and I have a deep respect for my profession. I am honored to serve my patients and their loving owners.

After nearly 19 years of running his own practice, Dr. Schnirman and his family moved to Andover, Massachusetts for 5 years. Massachusetts offered great professional and personal experiences, but the warm ocean and home were beckoning. Looking to get back to Florida, he and his family returned to West Palm Beach.

He shares his home with a dedicated wonderful wife which is presently back in school finishing up the doctoral program in education, 2 incredible children, a son in undergrad studying business, and a daughter which is in her 2nd year of Veterinary school.
